Our exceptionally strong human resources and the combination of an international and various country teams are key to our success. Almost all of our employees have at least one university degree and, this way, we are able to assemble a wide variety of in-house expertise and know-how in many different fields. Most frequently used for our own purposes to further our 'more-than-profit' goals, we are also happy to make these skills available for professional Consultancies. Among others, we are regularly offering our services to the German technical development agency GTZ. Furthermore, we have partnered with a range of other institutions to develop our own educational community-based tourism projects in various East African countries, including the UN Millennium Villages Project, USAID, DED, the European Commission, Care International and the Mirovni Peace Institute.
