Our exceptionally strong human resources are key to our success.
While we are not actively recruiting at the moment, it is always
useful to keep in touch with suitable candidates. We are especially
interested in applicants from one of our members countries.
University education is important - but we usually prefer graduates
with degrees that are rather unrelated to tourism and hospitality
management. Interesting examples include degrees in history,
economics, development studies, political science, communication or

Internships & volunteer placements
We have regular international interns or volunteers in all our
member countries. Internships and volunteer placements are usually
between 3 and 12 months long and generally unpaid (we might decide
to cover living costs if the placement is for more than 6 months).
Our interns or volunteers receive a lot of responsibility and are
fully integrated into the teams, thereby guaranteeing a very
