The only personal information that we gather about you is
information that you provide to us yourself upon request. For
example, we need your name and email address in order to send you
our electronic brochure or our eNewsletter to keep you updated about
our work. If you book with us, we additionally need your telephone
number - just in case we need to contact you urgently. And if you
are paying for your holiday by credit card online, we need the usual
credit card details in order to take payment and confirm the booking
online. However, we do not store any credit card details.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
We will only disclose your name and booking details to our suppliers
for operational purposes. We will not pass on your details to other
companies for marketing purposes.
