Our
Professional voluntourism programs are possibly the most
rewarding holidays - because you can make a real difference. Whether
we include volunteering aspects into one of our other programs or
whether the work becomes the core intention of your visit, we can
guide you through the process of identifying the most suitable host
project and, later, implementing the content and logistics of your
stay.
Sustainability and professionalism are crucial elements in our
voluntourism activities. This means that we only work with
volunteers who can contribute significant professional experience to
a concrete and pre-defined task. In the same way, we only work with
host organizations that are well-managed, financially transparent
and sustainable in the sense that they are or can become autonomous
and self-financing. We are not interested in unskilled help for
example for children's projects.
Our volunteers are professionals who provide short-term meaningful
support that is usually related to their professional background and
that focuses on the transfer of how-know. Among others, we work with
managers and businessmen interested in offering organizational,
economic or technical advice to local SMEs, NGOs or community-based
organizations, as well as with medical doctors and nurses.
